Choose a partner. Keep moving.

Move through enemy crowds while your selected attack fires automatically. Collect upgrades and build your partner’s moves as you survive.

The game loads from pokesurvivor.com inside this page. Closing the game window ends the embedded session. For account sign-in and saved progress, use the original site in a new tab.

What is Poke Survivor?

Also written PokéSurvivor or pokesurvivor, this browser game combines a Pokémon partner collection with the movement and upgrade choices of a survivor-style action game. Instead of taking turns, you steer around enemies in real time. An attack can fire automatically without doing all the thinking for you: positioning, choosing the active slot and deciding when to change direction remain your job.

It is a separate fan project, not Vampire Survivors with an official Pokémon expansion. Little Fun Games provides the guide and optional window above. The game, accounts and updates remain on pokesurvivor.com.

How to play

Controls documented by the project; check its Settings if bindings change.

On your first attempt, make room before experimenting with a new move. Watch the selected slot, take a few steps to see its reach, then practise changing slots without stopping. If an attack is unavailable, check what you have actually learned in that run rather than assuming every move on the guide is ready from the beginning.

For a structured first session, follow the Poke Survivor beginner’s guide. It separates movement practice, level-up choices and between-run decisions.

Pokémon roster and evolution

The project currently lists 966 playable Pokémon across nine regions. Our Poke Survivor tier list lets you compare the full published roster, filter by type or starter status, and inspect the base stats behind each tier. It is a baseline comparison rather than a claim that we played 966 complete runs.

“Evolution” in this guide chiefly refers to upgrading a move. Do not assume a starter automatically changes into its familiar later form. Read move evolution requirements and use the separate best starter comparison when choosing a first partner.

Free play, accounts and progress

The original project describes itself as a free, non-profit fan game without paid gameplay advantages. You can enter as a guest. For persistent cross-device progress, use an account on the original project; guest play should not be treated as a saved collection. Little Fun Games cannot restore that account or transfer progress out of the external game.

If sign-in or saving does not work in the embedded window, open the original game in its own tab. The frame and a direct visit may have different storage behaviour. Closing our game window unloads it, so finish or save your session through the project before closing.

Tips for your first run

Choose a partner whose opening move you can read easily. Spend the first part of a run learning how much space it needs, then compare a second attempt with only one change. That makes it easier to tell whether a different move, more cautious positioning or an upgrade actually helped.

Use the pause menu when you need to read. A guide is more useful if you can return to the same question after trying one action: which slot was active, which enemy cut off the exit, and which upgrade would address that problem? Record those observations rather than chasing a tier letter alone.

If the embedded game stays blank

Try Open original game once. If the original site works, continue there; the embedded context may be the problem. If neither opens, check the project’s current notices and your connection. We do not provide replacement copies or ask for your game password. The frame being visible is not proof that the game finished loading.

Sources & last checked

Before you play

Is Poke Survivor free to play?

The project presents it as a free, non-profit fan game. Little Fun Games does not charge for this guide or its launch links.

Do I need to download anything?

No separate game installer is required for browser play. Your browser still transfers the game assets when it opens.

How many Pokémon are in Poke Survivor?

The project guide and published roster checked on October 16, 2026 contain 966 Pokémon. The total may change in later updates.

Which Pokémon should I pick first?

Compare the initial partners by opening move and base stats. Our starter guide suggests choices for learning movement, range or a larger health buffer; no one choice guarantees the best run.

Is Poke Survivor the same as Vampire Survivors?

No. It is a separate Pokémon fan project with survivor-style action, its own move-selection rules and its own progression.
