Report a game issue or missing answer
Include the page URL, game name, puzzle date and question text, plus the answer you tried. For a technical problem, describe what happened and which browser and device you used. A screenshot can help, but remove any personal information before attaching it. The in-game “This answer should count” link can prepare an editable draft with the question details.
Our Krillion edition has its own question bank and scores. We can review our accepted answers, but cannot change the official game’s puzzles or restore records saved only on another device.
Privacy requests
Use Privacy request as your email subject and explain the information you are asking about. You can clear local game records directly from our Privacy Policy page. Please do not email passwords, payment information or identity documents.
Corrections and rights-related concerns
For a factual correction, include the exact passage and a reliable source. For an attribution or rights-related concern, identify the affected URL, the material and your relationship to the rights holder. We review messages without promising a fixed response time.
