When to use hints vs answers
Open the first hint to check the words already correct, then the next if you need a place to begin. The third reveals just one target letter. Use the answer page when you want the complete solution. For letters you have already moved, open the hints in the game instead.

Do hints reveal the whole answer?
No. Open one level at a time: complete words, a row or column to work on, then a single letter. Full solutions live on the separate answer page.
Are these hints for my current board?
This guide uses the day's starting arrangement. For a board you have already changed, use the hints inside the game; those reflect your current letters.
Do hints use a swap?
No. Hints do not spend swaps, but your result is marked as assisted.
When do new hints appear?
Hints for the next independent puzzle appear at 00:00 UTC, alongside the game and answer page.
